Jeux des Petits Etats d'Europe 2025 : LongList ouverte

Le COSL vient de nous transmettre sa procédure d'inscription sur la LongList des prochains Jeux des Petits Etats, qui se dérouleront en Andorre du 24 mai au 1er Juin 2025. Vous trouverez leur mail contenant toutes les informations utiles ci après.


Pour rappel, la Longlist est une étape obligatoire et indispensable pour toute personne qui souhaite avoir une chance de participer. L'inscription sur cette liste n'est en aucun cas un gage de qualification, mais c'est une étape incontournable.


Pour la première fois, chaque athlète a la possibilité de s'inscrire directement, via un formulaire créé par le COSL. Avec ce système, chacun est responsable de sa propre inscription ainsi que de la conformité des documents remis.

Please find below the important deadlines for the GSSE 2025 in Andorra, as well as other useful information:

1. Accreditation Data (Long List registration) to be submitted via the following Forms until 12.02.2025:

We kindly ask you to forward this Forms link to all potential participants (athletes, coaches, team officials, referees).

ID/Passport:  send to your DTN (jbsouche@fla.lu) a valid digital copy of ID or passport 

          IMPORTANT: Save the file as follows: association_ID_lastname_firstname, e.g., FLA_ID_Mustermann_Max.

Photo: Please send to your DTN (jbsouche@fla.lu) a digital ID photo (see photo requirements in the attachment).

          IMPORTANT: Save the file as follows: association_Photo_lastname_firstname, e.g., FLA_Photo_Mustermann_Max.

For foreign athletes: For foreign athletes, we also need a residency certificate and a copy of their sports license issued by their Luxembourgish federation, in addition to the above documents.


2. Medical Requirements – Deadline 31.03.2025
Medical form (attached): to be provided for each athlete.

3. ADEL E-Learning – Deadline 05.05.2025
The World Anti-Doping Agency has created an education and learning tool for the global sports community (ADEL – Anti-Doping Education and Learning), which provides important information on anti-doping and current procedures for athletes and their entourage.
ADEL is available in French, English, and German:

German:  ADEL for International Athletes - German

!! This online training and test are mandatory for all athletes participating in the GSSE 2025 in Andorra.
Athletes who have already completed this e-learning do not need to retake it; they only need to send us the certificate they received.
In cooperation with ALAD (Luxembourg Anti-Doping Agency), please register at https://adel.wada-ama.org, complete the training, and take the test by 05.05.2025.
Sports Leave (Congé Sportif) - to be submitted after 05.05.2025

Since the process for submitting sporting leave will be reformed at the beginning of next year, we will send you more detailed information by then.

21.04.2025: First selection proposal by name with results to be submitted to COSL
04.05.2025: End of qualification period
05.05.2025: Final Entries by Names (Short List).
24.05.2025: Departure of Team Lëtzebuerg (TBD)
01.06.2025: Return of Team Lëtzebuerg
